Spp update

When I go to press update an app it asks me to put in my password for each update were before I put it in once and it updates everything. How can I stop it for asking to update everything individually? It's annoying lol

Hello kimberleyfrombridgeport,

It looks like no one has responded to your question. Here are a couple things that might help others answer your question:

  1. Is the Apple ID password being asked for the same that is currently signed into Settings > [Name] > Media & Purchases?
  2. Are you asked for your Apple ID for other things, like FaceTime or Files app?

Please provide as many details as you can and thanks for using the Apple Support Communities!

Others have posted the same problem. This seems to be a bug with the latest update.

Apple doesn’t routinely monitor the discussions. These are mostly user to user discussions.

If you want to, you can send Apple feedback. They won't answer, but at least will know there is a problem or a suggestion for change. If enough people send feedback, it may get the problem/suggested change solved sooner.

Still went up dating apps I am still required to put them on password for each app that needs updating so if I have 50 apps that need updating I have to put in my password 50 times. this has happened since I did the last update I no longer see the screen where I can use the previously provided steps to change the way my password settings are
