"Not enough disk space" for Xcode

I need to use Xcode for uploading iMessage stickers so can I upload it in the App Store but every time I try to install Xcode from the App Store it keeps saying the same thing: Not enough disk space. I don't get it, I have 26GB left in my MacBook Air and it clearly says that the Xcode is 11.2GB in the App Store.

I'm a newbie in this field but I interested developing/making stuff. Hopefully someone would help me give a solution for this. Thanks!

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 10.15
