hello, I am from Iran I have to buy an apple Id in Iran and I used it in my Iphone but suddenly my phone restarted and it goes on activation lock, I dont have any information about that apple Id because i bought it 5 years ago so know what can I do?

Unless you can remember/recover the Apple ID, so you can bypass the Activation Lock, the phone is worthless. Apple doesn't provide support in Iran.
See if you can recover the ID/password.
