Activation lock

Hi, I’ve iPhone X I reset that and it’s get locked on previous owner id. I bought it from Dubai local market and now I’m in India. I’ve it’s box just no invoice what I can do now?

Activation Lock I bought an iphone from china..I restart it and there's Activation lock on it..I try to use My apple ID but it doesn't work..I took to a nearby shop and they are charging me almost the price of the phone i bought..Please can anything be done..It took me some time to save to get this phone please
