Secure Video stopped recording

I have 4 Logitech Cameras - Secure Video worked fine for the approx last 6 months. Monday that stopped (it appears to be related to the recent update). Cameras still stream fine - but no recordings. Settings confirmed, cameras removed and added back, hubs restarted, added zones, removed zones. Everything appears fine - except no recordings. Any ideas?

To correct the above post... it appears the video is recording properly - it appears I can access recordings from my IOS devices without issue. However my MacBook Pro (running 11.0.1) can only display live video. Not sure when this stopped working (at one time it was working fine on my Mac), I don't remember if I've seen it working properly since I upgraded to 11.0 (Big Sur)

In case anyone else is looking for a solution... I figured this out a couple weeks ago (and seems to be still working fine now).


I upgraded the software on all my Homekit hubs (Apple TV’s and Homepods). That did not fix it but I think it’s good to be on the most current version.


I then shut down (unplugged) all devices except 1.


I did a factory reset on that 1 unit - and then logged back in and set the unit up completely. My video recordings started working properly again!


Once everything was working, I plugged all of the other devices back in and everything continued to work properly... no issues so far.
