With the latest iOS update, my outdoor walks in Fitness no longer track on the map. It just shows a single point where the walk started. I have looked through all the settings and I can’t find anything that fixes it. Help.

Here are their instructions:
Unpair the apple watch
Health app is ON under iCloud
Create an iCloud backup
Erase all contents and settings
Restore the iPhone from the most recent iCloud backup
Pair Apple Watch using the latest backup.
Sorry....I'm still a bit confused.......So its only new workouts that record a route/track????
