Pasting live weblink/url into Notability from browser/app

Anyone know a browser or app that will allow you to paste a live url into Notability or "turn on" that feature in Notability if I'm just not utilizing a active feature. I'd like to export the pdf version of my notes with active links to video.

posting answer here - copy your wanted url address to the clipboard using Command-c, in Notability create text box (tap on "T" icon in menu bar at top center then use pencil to drag open box), paste your content from the clipboard using Command-v

Now when you tap url textbox Notability will give you an option to open in browser
