Have you gone through the support link: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT208050
Are you on macOS Catalina? or did you recently upgraded to macOS Catalina?
Please check if you have same kind of delay / behaviour in safe mode. (Takes longer than normal Boot)
https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201262
Note: Safe mode prevents your Mac from loading certain software as it starts up, including login items, system extensions not required by macOS, and fonts not installed by macOS. It also does a basic check of your startup disk, similar to using First Aid in Disk Utility. And it deletes some system caches, including font caches and the kernel cache, which are automatically created again as needed.
Your third party Anaconda is a free and open-source distribution of the Python and R programming languages.
Anaconda Navigator is a desktop graphical user interface (GUI) included in Anaconda distribution that allows users to launch applications and manage conda packages, environments and channels without using command-line commands.
What is your exact issue?
That the Terminal window opens?
That you get the warning to change shell to the zsh default ?

Mine is MBP 16 and I just upgraded to Catalina 10.15.7
I had this issue ever since the last Catalina version. I remembered it happened after I delete and reinstall an old version of Anaconda-Navigator, because my work was restricted to that particular version. But I did not change any configuration. Everything works fine after startup.
