ordered replacement airpod: says we're waiting to receive part

So I ordered a replacement airpod pro last month because I lost my airpod and I got it. but my problem is is that it is showing "part returns pending" and below that it says "We're waiting to receive the original part." I had no intention of sending back anything, and thought I was just going pay the money. They said return original part by: September 17, 2020 and it won't go away. I have not been charged yet.
