linkedin premium is not activated after purchase

Hi team, I purchased the LinkedIn premium subscription through Apple iPhone LinkedIn app. I can see the LinkedIn subscription in Apple's Manage Subscriptions page. But LinkedIn Premium account is still not activated. I tried to reach out to linkdin, but they are not showing any sign on help or response for raised questions.


please help in either refund or making this premium account active.

Based on what you mentioned, It sounds like you have not yet received a subscription, you paid for. Normally you'll see these subscription changes within the app. Learn more about this here: Buy additional app features with in-app purchases and subscriptions.


If you have verified it is available when you want to See or cancel your subscriptions, and it is not being provided, you may be able to get help where you are when you Contact Apple for support and service.
