Apple Watch Day and Date Display
My Apple Watch Series 4 was updated recently. It no longer offers day and date display on any faces. Any idea how to fix that?

You need the apple calender on your phone. If you have the stock apple
calendar installed on your phone and the date or time doesn't show then
delete the calendar app from your iPhone and reinstall it.
