Resolve Missing Camera Error

I have since learned to never import files directly from my Camera, but I have old libraries that used media that was imported directly from the camera into Final Cut Pro X. Once I close the program and open it back up again all of my files go red and say "Missing Camera." I still have the files on the computer. They were in the Original Media file, they've been moved to a different location, but I still have them, and I'm not getting "Missing File," I'm getting "Missing Camera." I try to relink the files. Half the time the missing file doesn't show up so I can't do anything at all. The other half of the time it does and I relink it, and it solves absolutely nothing. I try the Reimport from Camera/Archive. The files aren't on the camera anymore and I guess having the files on my computer isn't considered an archive cause that also does nothing. So I just straight import the files manually again into the project. Yesterday it worked. I made my edits, downloaded a copy, it played, awesome. I figured it out. I open it today, nope, Missing Camera. Oh, and that garbage trick you used yesterday that got it to work, yeah, that's not gonna work today. Well, it'll work on that other project today, cause you didn't try it there yet, but tomorrow it ain't gonna work there either.

What the ****. How do I relink these stupid files back to my project?
