Apple pay/ Apple Cash

I recently got an upgrade and when I tried to receive money though imessage, it had said that my apple pay hadn't been set up I went to settings and the option to turn on apple cash was not even there. The icon does not even show up in imessage, what do I do?

Unable to send or receive monies through my Apple Pay Yes I’m seeing a message telling me that I need to sign into iMessages to be able to send or receive monies. I have an Apple Pay card now but before I would just send through regular messages so what is IMessage? And how do I find this now? HELP PLEASE!!!!!

Make sure your Apple ID is set for the right region - Change your Apple ID country or region - Apple Support
