Cannot connect to local network

When I updated to ios14 the first time I opened Facebook it asked to allow it to connect to local network. I said don’t allow. That was a terrible mistake on my part. Today I wanted to stream a video on Facebook to my Apple TV and it will not connect to the Apple TV. I searched all day on this, when I go to Privacy, local network Facebook does not show up. When I go to Facebook in settings there is not a local network to turn on. Can someone know how to fix this?

This is not a Facebook problem. Every app ask to allow to connect to local network. This is an iOS 14 problem.
