Emails being blocked

our club website massoncaving.com has email forwarding set up- it works for every email except icloud that won't send the emails to our @massoncaving.com addresses- (it allows us e.g. to send to one address for the entire committee of 8. )

What's really irritating is that icloud senders don't get any notification that their email hasn't gone

I can't see anything on "support" about this..

help?

Are you certain forwarding was setup correctly -- Automatically forward email in Mail on iCloud.com - Apple Support?

That’s a murky problem report.

Do you have forwarding set up on some address running on some server hosted on, we’ll call it example.com, and example.com then forwards the mail to other recipients? Basics;ly, example.com is running a list server?

Some of those messages then being filtered by iCloud mail on arrival?

I’m unclear how the outbound mail from iCloud is involved here, presuming that’s the mail into example.com that then triggers the forwarding.

If you’re running your own mail server on example.com, ensure that the mail server DNS is set up correctly. Correct forward and reverse DNS translations, and correct mail server security. If not, some sending mail servers will drop the outbound mail.

There are also services that will run list servers ans/or forward mail to subscribers, which may provide an alternative.
