Emails not received on icloud.com email account

I don’t receive emails in my icloud.com email account from trusted emails. People sending the emails get a notification from “Mail Delivery Service” and “Failed; 5.1.1 (bad destination mailbox address)” and “Remote MTA mx02.mail.icloud.com: SMTP diagnostic: 550 5.1.1 xxxx user lookup success but no user record found”

what do I do? Many importants emails are not received. It feels like it is Apple blocking them and not my settings. I have tried all the support institutions but nothing works. I don’t get my spouse emails or Teams meeting invites and more.

Apple support kindly fixed this for me, its possibly related to stale DNS? But to fix it, logout of icloud completely in system preference / apple id / overview / logout [i did this on my mac] , and login again...
