Emails not received on icloud.com email account
I don’t receive emails in my icloud.com email account from trusted emails. People sending the emails get a notification from “Mail Delivery Service” and “Failed; 5.1.1 (bad destination mailbox address)” and “Remote MTA mx02.mail.icloud.com: SMTP diagnostic: 550 5.1.1 xxxx user lookup success but no user record found”
what do I do? Many importants emails are not received. It feels like it is Apple blocking them and not my settings. I have tried all the support institutions but nothing works. I don’t get my spouse emails or Teams meeting invites and more.
