Iphone 11 is frozen

My phone is frozen and won't power off. I'm also unable to reach Apple support from my Mac. Can anyone help?

As it turns out, it began flashing on and off. I let it run itself out of battery hoping that this would solve the issue. As soon as it was recharged, it returned to normal. I bought the new Apple 6 series watch and it told me my phone’s had to be updated. Update done and soon after the issues began. I assume it’s erratic behaviour was caused by the update.

Hey Lindasproull,

We understand that your iPhone is not responding. You'll want to follow the first section of the following article on how to force restart your iPhone: If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on or is frozen

If you continue to encounter this issue, you can contact Apple Support for further assistance here: Contact Apple Support

Take care.
