In 2020, how can I report a free app to Apple that needs to be reviewed/removed?

The ability to report an app from the App Store is no longer present. You can only go through ‘Report a Problem” if it is a paid app to get a refund. The App Store used to be much more trustworthy, now it’s the Wild West and buyer beware.

Possible scenarios - company closed and shut down their servers so app no longer works, app contains offensive or questionable content, app is a scam, etc...
