Does anyone know what this is?? I'v had it for a couple months and the pictures just keep multiplying everyday! I tried to delete them but it doesn't let me. I also have multiple other random pictures (that I can delete), but they keep coming back after I delete. What do I do??

They are present on all macOS installations. They don't occupy much space.
To put it in perspective, the folder in which those icons appear occupies less than two one-hundredths of one percent of a 1 TB storage device. And to put that in perspective, one single solitary fairly lousy picture occupies about five times as much as one of those icons.
Ok, thank you, but why do I need hundreds of these icons? Are these on every MacBook? Thanks!!
The files in your screenshot are used by macOS to render icons. They exist for a purpose and are not random. Make no attempt to delete them.
What do I do??
