Apple Watch App use Siri voice in voiceover settings don’t sync with Apple Watch

In watchOS 7 voice over settings don’t sync with iphone watch app settings. Use Siri voice toggle(On Apple Watch go to Settings > Accessibility > Voice Over > Use Siri Voice) always gets off. I toggled it on many a times but it turns of when I quit settings app on Apple Watch . Contrary to the settings on Apple Watch , the Apple Watch app on iphone voice-over settings (On Iphone go to Apple Watch app and then go to Accessibility > Voice Over > Use Siri Voice) the toggle is on though it is off in Apple Watch settings app.

Anybody here with the same issue on iOS 14 and watchOS 7

Apple watch settings app this toggle doesn't switch on. I’ve tried it many times.

However on Apple Watch app on iPhone the switch is toggled on.

However I have reported it using feedback assistant and I don’t think Apple’s gonna read that....unless many people report this..
