incoming call ringtone is very quiet after iOS 14.0.1

iPhone XR has problem with incoming call ringtone being quiet. While incoming call volume is being set to maximum, it rings a little bit louder (far from being so loud it supposed to be) for less than half a second and then it becomes barely audible. The phone is not on silence. Did restart and still didn’t work. Maybe it was already with iOS 14 so, because my phone is usually on silence, but I don’t remember that I could not hear my favorite contacts phonecalls.
