Webpage formatting messed up on iPhone 11

I've been having a very strange issue with my specific iPhone 11. On a website I'm building, Safari & Chrome mess up CSS divs and don't render them the way they do for all other iPhones(even other 11s).

This is how one of the sections should look(it looks like this on all other iPhone 11s I've tested):

iphone won’t display entire web page Please help! My iphone displays websites for a second, and then swithes to a shortened version of the site with no pictures or clickable tabs. I’ve seen that other people have this trouble with particular websites—my phone does this with every site! I went through the Apple Toolbox steps suggested to fix this—restarted the phone—same problem exists—no change. Any suggestions? Thanks

a certain browser page does not fit on my Iphone I use chrome browser and have a certain internet page that opens for me and it is way to big requiring to scroll left, right and up and down. Interestingly my business partner can open the site on his iphone and it fits perfectly. Other pages on the browser seem ok as far as I can tell. I have updated my iphone, chrome, and the zoom is turned off. Any help would be apprciated
