My iPhone 11 liquid LCI is white but repair company claimed water damage and won't help. Am I within my right to claim Consumer Rights? I know my phone has not been water damaged.

There are multiple liquid contact indicators, some of which are visible from the outside, some ow which are not.
The phone is not warranted against liquid damage.
If you want to go and hire a lawyer, that's up to you, but you will lose.
It doesn't have to be water, it can be any type of moisture including steam. There are also LCIs inside the iPhone that may have been triggered. You can ask it that is the case and have them send a picture.
