phone is so slow
since updating software 14.0 then to 14.01 my phone is running so slow, connected to WiFi or 4G everything downloads slowly or not at all due to time out, at present its only use is as a phone, help please

Basic troubleshooting:
Restart, Reset, Restore from backup and Restore as new.
