Problem with Spectrum Mail and Apple Mail App

Does anyone have an issue with the mail App and setting up an account with Spectrum e-mail? The mail App works intermittently for several hours then crashes. When I attempt to reload the account, I get the following message:

The IMAP server “mail.twc.com” is not responding.

This all started when I upgraded to IOS 14 and subsequently 14.01. This occurring across all my devices, iPhone and iPad.

cant fetch new emails AOL stopped fetching new Mail, pop up says: cannot get mail. The mail server “imap.AOL.com” is not responding. Verify that you have entered the correct account information in mail settings. my settings are correct. When this has happened in the past, it usually resets itself after a day or so, and I’ve tried turning the iPad off and on. It’s been a week.
