Apple Watch stopped reading heart rate after 7.0 update

Ever since the latest Apple Watch update to 7, my heart rate cannot be measured on my watch (series 4) I have tried all solutions I could find online and nothing is working. Anyone else? Did you find a solution?

Well the only thing I could find that worked was unpairing the watch and pairing again. Works fine now.
