I have a early 2011 MACbook Pro runing High-Sierra. My discrete vidio card is toast so I have been running with just the intel video gpu with out issues until I applied this 2020-005 update. Anyone have an idea why the fix no longer works???

Try reinstalling this in Safe Mode, but not using Firefox...

Seems to fix about 90% of the problems.

Guys i have different issue with this update, i have same early 2011 MBP with toasted GPU, fortunately fix is still working for me, but half of my applications stopped working after this update! Its so annoying, is there any fix for this. It is so frustrating, apple not supporting older macs anymore, and forcing us to buy new ones with updates like this!

Apple please this this security update with some kind of supplement!
