Apple activity app not syncing accurately with Nike training club.

When I complete a 45min NTC session the duration and approx, calories that appear in the app are not syncing over to the apple activity accurately. For example, today I did a 45 min workout and burned approx 215 calories with an average heart rate of 125bpm. This is recorded on the NTC app on my phone and these numbers popped up on my apple iwatch at the end of the workout. But, when I check the activity app after the work out is finished. It records that I worked out for 19:25 mins and burned only 160 calories. This is happening almost every time I use the NTC app and is frustrating as I am not able to properly record my workouts

Hey chrishillnz,

We understand you're not seeing all of your Activity data showing up as you'd expect. We'd be happy to help.

To get started, ensure that your iPhone and Apple Watch are both fully updated to iOS 14.0.1 and watchOS 7.0.1.

If they're already fully updated, lets go ahead and unpair your Apple Watch using these steps: Unpair and erase your Apple Watch

Afterward, on your iPhone, go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud. Turn Health on if it isn't already on. Then, tap Settings > [your name] > iCloud > iCloud Backup. Tap “Back Up Now.” Wait for the data to back up. Once the backup is complete, erase all content and settings from the iPhone. Go to Settings > General > Reset. Tap Erase All Content and Settings.

When you go to set up your iPhone again, you'll be able to restore your backup. Once the restore from the backup completes, set up your Apple Watch with your iPhone again using these steps: Set up your Apple Watch

If you continue to have issues afterward, be sure to keep your software up-to-date, and reach out to Apple Support for more help here:
