after I did an update on the latest IOS my phone is acting up. My apps dont work properly. I can delete apps and sometimes I am unable to answer phone calls. Anyone else experiencing the same problem?

Before updating to the latest iOS as told on your post what was your earlier iOS version. Then you can look into the iOS changes that has happened between the earlier version on your iPhone and this new version that you have updated now.
This will give you a broader idea of the issue, if it is directly linked to the iOS version or is triggered by something else.

I tried all that. but when it comes to get the app deleted, it takes a few days for the confirm message to come along. I am not able to delete the app right away
Also, my watch is not connected to the fitness app anymore. It says its connected by bluetooh but I am unable to open my activities on my phone and all
