I have plenty of space on my iPhone XR; however every time I go into Software Update, it shows me that I have iOS 13.7, and that my iPhone is up to date. What gives?

Thanks so much! I had a beta profile from beta testing my Apple TV (but hadn't used it for my iPhone or Apple Watch) - so I didn't even think it would affect my iPhone. But I just removed that beta profile and the iOS 14.0.1 update appeared. Thanks again.
my iPhone XR does not show me that I can update to iOS 14. Why not?
