I can’t update to the new iOS. I’m using an iPhone XR, so I know the new iOS should be compatible, but when I go to software updates, it tells me that it is on iOS 14.7 and it is up to date. I have sufficient storage for the new update, the problem is it doesn’t show up at all. Please help

To Check for Updates:
Are you Using WiFi?
Use a Computer and Ethernet:
Start with attempting an update through use of a computer. If you cannot use Wi-Fi, then use Ethernet. Go Here: Update your iPhone Using a Computer - User Tip. On the computer, you would connect it through Ethernet, going directly into your router.
