I saw the same issue posted here in April but didn’t see a resolution as the person trying to help didnt understand what the OP was saying. I just got 7 notifications sounds that seem like a default iPhone notification sound but there are no notifications anywhere with any apps. All my apps have the ability to send a notification and not sure what is happening or how I stop it.

If you haven't tried yet, we suggest to restart your iPhone. This can help resolve unexpected behavior: Restart your iPhone
In addition, we suggest making sure to update any available apps from the App Store: Update apps or use automatic downloads
From there, see if you continue to experience the same behavior.

Mine is doing this too. I usually have my phone on silent so I don’t notice. But the past few days I’ve had the sound on and I get random notification sounds with no badges or banners. I have checked my settings and notifications and none are set to sound only. Not sure what is going on but I haven’t been lucky enough to find a helpful answer yet.
