iOS 14 Update Swapped Periods for Commas

After downloading the iOS 14 update, I noticed that the periods in various apps (e.g., Calculator, Nike Run, etc.) were swapped with commas. Therefore, when using the Nike Run app, for example, a 7.15-mile run now reads as a 7,15-mile run. Has anyone else experienced this? If so, what can I do to return to the periods? Thanks!

I restarted my phone, and did everything else suggested in the answer from Apple. I still have only commas available in many apps. It is even happening on my Apple Watch! This is annoying, because I can’t send an etransfer for $73.61. I can typed that in, and it became $7361 because the period on the app has been replaced with a comma. It is so annoying. I have to round up when sending money. Not happy! What’s the fix??
