There is not a template for a door hangar 4.5 wide X 11.25 high to choose. Neither can you custom make or change the paper size from the limited paper stock offered in the drop down document section. Does apple have other templates I can download??
Use "Manage Custom sizes" in the print dialogue to create a paper size to match your 425 x 11.25 paper size.
There are several sites offering printing templates for door hangers, some of which may fit your needs. Search "door hanger templates" to list them.

Barry, I did not see a “custom sized” in the Apple Pages program on my MAC. Could you be more specific. I would really appreciate your help.
