iPhone ringtone volume sets to minimum occasionally

Hi,

My iPhone 11 Pro's ring volume drops regularly to minimum setting on it's own. It is quite annoying because I miss some calls, notifications. I checked that the "Change with buttons" settings is turned off, and I turned off the Face id attention awareness function too. Could you please tell me how I can figure out what is the root cause of this problem?

Currently my iPhone runs on iOS 14.0.1 but this issue occurred on iOS 13 as well in the last couple of months. I can "replicate" the same problem on my Wife's i11Pro too.

If the volume is set correctly, do you notice this occurring with specific apps or any app that you receive calls on? For instance, does this occur only on the native Phone app or third-party apps that you may use to receive calls on as well?

Lastly, do you have any accessories connected to your device such as a Bluetooth device or headphones? If so, remove it and see if the issue persists.
