How to remove the text box screen

Hi,

Just wondering if someone can help.

My instagram seems to have been hacked over the weekend and I have been trying to fill out the support form to report it but everytime I start to put my email address in I cant get rid of the text box when i want to scroll down and submit the request.

The scroll bar wont go all the way down and I cant find a way to remove the text box once I have finished putting my email address in to continue with the page.

Please help

Hello Tobl1,

Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities. It sounds as though you're having an issue with the keyboard in Instagram. If you haven't done so yet, try force closing the all using the steps provided in article, How to force an app to close on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.

If the issue continues, you can also try restarting your iPhone, checking for app updates, or deleting and reinstalling.

Restart your iPhone

Update apps or use automatic downloads

Should the issue persist after those actions, you'll want to connect with the app developer for additional assistance.
