Apple Magic Mouse and Bootcamp

I always live problems about the using Magic Mouse with bootcamp. First of all, When I change the OS from the MacOS to Windows 10, I have to close bluetooth before. If I forgot it and opened the Windows, I have to restart computer, open MacOS, close the Bluetooth, restart computer and open Windows.

Why I cannot use same magic mouse with same computer at both of OS?

I haven't solve this problem yet. I talked with Apple support and they said that this is Windows problem and Windows said that this is Apple problem.

And after OS update at MacOS and Windows, Now the mouse is disconnecting after 5 minutes at the Windows and I cannot connect again I have to restart the windows for connecting. Now, I am using 2 mouse for working for my 2 operating system.

Can somebody help me about the solve this problem?

Please, don't write the power management answer for it because I tried and it is not the solution.
