cannot attach files from Dropbox to my Outlook emails

New iPad os 14.0.1 will only let me attach files from iCloud but wont let me access Dropbox.

any way to do it?

Rebooting seems to have resolved the issue. Dropbox back in drop down menu but not “Browse this computer”
