New Macbook Pro 13" (2020) Screen Bleeding Issue

I recently noticed that my new macbook pro 13" 2020 has distinctive and uneven backlight bleeding (images attached; captured with a black screen amidst dark surroundings)

What I know that the macbook still using IPS display, do you guys think it's normal? but i dont recall apple macbooks have this kind quality display though

I'm planning to claim the warranty, but any possible way to tell this issue to the technician at AASP? I'm afraid they reject it since it's pretty hard to notice if its in the daylight store
