Me and daughter share same phone service att her phone works at home but my iPhone 11 does not receive calls and is static and breaking up a lot why is this happening

It sounds like you're hearing static and distortion when speaking on the phone at home. Does this happen only at your home or everywhere? Have you tried to use speakerphone or a headset to test the quality of your call?
Are you seeing the same behavior when using FaceTime or other apps?
