What (-1 )AMPERAge (mA)means??

I got the MacBook Pro ,is one week that I use it. I mostly have in charge all the time , maybe one time I unplug it, any tips what would be the best use to be healthy ?also the -1 Amperage is that normal

Battery Health charging my MacBook Air M1 with non apple (samsung)25W charger. does it harm battery? using MacBook since 3 months. and battery health showing 97%.. is it normal. Also while using on desk is it advisable to have charger connected always. I assume once 100% it bypasses the battery and matchbook runs on mains which saves battery life. how accurate is that.
