AVCONFERENCED in activity monitor

This is not a question but a thing I found that had me a bit worried, I saw that a lot of people on forums had this same issue so it might help you. I talked to an agent about avconferenced and told me that it was not a key process of the software so it is safe to close and see what happens.

avconferenced handles sidecar connection and is nothing out of the ordinary that can mess with security or access any documents or camera if that's what worries you.

You can safely close the program and try it for yourself and see that it just disconnects sidecar. Also, it handles FaceTime communication so if you don't have sidecar connected it might be that.
