Outgoing calls can't hear

When I place a call the person on the other end can hear me at first then they say they can't. I was told it sounds like I'm going into a well. Any advice on how to fix this? It started after I updated my phone.

Incoming/outgoing calls fail on iPhone 11 Pro Max Recently, calls made to me fail after I answer. When I call others, the same thing happens. There is also no record of the calls, even though I answer the call or the other party answers. They are not able to hear me, and I can't hear them. Then the call fails.

New iPhone se problems I recently pre-ordered the new iPhone SE and I discovered a problem with outgoing calls. If I have an incoming call I can hear perfect. If I call someone I cannot hear them. I can hear it ring and I can hear their voicemail but if they are talking I cannot hear them. I checked my settings and everything is fine. I’ve tried speaker as well and I cannot hear them. So far I can hear landlines when I call them. I can also hear some android users phones. I tried calling someone with a blue vivo phone and I cannot hear them?! Can anyone help me?!
