Logitech 4K BIO pro camera no longer works on Catalina 10.15.7

I bought a new Logitech Bio Pro 4k webcam for recording my courses. After upgrading the camera does not activate, it just gives a black screen. So in FaceTime, you can select it but nothing happens. Same on any other videoconferencing application.

Can you help. I need this work urgently.

Test after resetting the SMC and reach out to the camera manufacturer for assistance if the issue continues:
