Turn passcode off is greyed out

Until recently my apple watch did not have a passcode. I did it on purpose, it's easier for me that way. Today watch forced me to add a passcode due to iPhone policy.

I do have passcode on my iPhone and want it to stay that way, but don't want the passcode on Apple watch at all.

So how could I disable the passcode on my apple watch?
