Apple TV audio sync issue

Does anyone else have problems streaming CBS All Access on a 3rd Gen Apple TV (A1469)?


It either starts buffering, loses sync with the audio track or loses audio altogether. My device is set to auto update and is current. The problem happens multiple times on every episode I play, currently NCIS.
