Yes, the Duo app is the latest. I’ve gone so far as to unpair phone a couple of times, restore from backup made before I upgraded watch. I had a Duo support case open and provided a lot of information and testing for them. I believe it has something to do with series 3 watch support. The reason I say that is my wife has same iPhone model I have, same version of Duo, but a series 4 watch, and has no problems. We are both running iOS 14.0.1 on an iPhone 7 Plus and watchOS 7.0.1. Conclusion from Duo case is that it’s a problem on the Apple side of things. So, at this point, out of ideas. Waiting for another update to come out that will hopefully fix it. To be clear, I see the duo push notification on my watch, and approve. Somehow that doesn’t seem to make it back to Duo, and I have to approve on my phone.
