I can’t find the App Library.
Where is the App Library hiding? There is nothing when I swipe to last page.

I understand that; see my previous reply. The App Library was added to iPhones with iOS 14 but it was not added to iPads with iPadOS 14. It is currently an iPhone only feature.
The App Library is in iOS 14 for iPhones -- see: https://www.apple.com/ios/ios-14/features/
It is not in iPadOS 14 for iPads -- see: https://www.apple.com/ipados/ipados-14/features/
