Map Siren

This morning I pulled up my maps and set my destination, started the route, and had this very loud siren beep sound instead of Siri talking. Whenever she is supposed to talk, to tell directions since I’m driving and such, the loud beep siren sound just scares the ever living life out of me. I had to turn off the gps and hope for the best. I’ve spent all evening trying to figure out what it is and I’ve got nothing. This is the first time it’s ever happened to me, and I couldn’t find anything on it online. All of my Siri and map settings seem to be fine, and Siri seems to be working as normal, but maps in an issue. I’ve restarted my device and it didn’t resolve the issue. I did update to iOS 14 and the little update that came after it, and I don’t know if it’s a bug or what, but it’s very frustrating and not a very good time to not be able to use maps. Any help would be appreciated. I have an XS if it helps any.
