Green line iphone X

My iphone X suddenly had a green line on the left side of my screen few days back. I didn’t drop my phone on anything or anywhere. It came out of nowhere. With the green line my screen is getting black from the bottom left as well. I did visit the authorized store in my country as there is no apple store, but they say they cannot give service to my phone. What am i supposed to do now?
